The location of this hotel is unbeatable as it is very close to the center, making it convenient to access the central square and city center. Additionally, it is within proximity to almost everything essential, allowing guests to easily explore the surroundings. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff offers excellent service, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and at home. The breakfast served is delicious and diverse, with a combination of delightful Georgian dishes and other common breakfast goods. The view from the hotel, especially from the shared living space and bedrooms, is breathtaking, showcasing the picturesque Kazbegi mountains and church.

One downside is that there is currently no TV in the rooms, which may be a con for those who enjoy watching television during their stay.

We had an amazing time at Northgate Hotel! The hosts treated us like family and made us feel so welcome. The cozy lounge with its beautiful view was the perfect spot to relax. The homemade breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed every bite. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Despite being snowed in, our stay was unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a visit. a fantastic experience!

Great location, in the heart of the town, close to all the main activities. Wonderful breakfast offered in the morning, with homemade items, and a good variety of options. the room was clean and had a nice view of the surroundings.

The hotel was overpriced for what was offered. the furniture in the room was outdated and the shower was not adequate enough.
