The location of Ornament Boutique Hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as it was situated in the heart of Tbilisi. The rooms were clean and modern, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief during the hot summer days. Despite a language barrier with some of the staff, they were generally friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel provided bottled water during a water shortage in the city. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

The staff here provide excellent service and they were always available whenever I needed anything. I particularly loved the room amenities as they had everything I needed from tea and coffee facilities to ironing facilities. Also, the soundproofed rooms allowed me to have a peaceful sleep.
