During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure that my needs were met. It was refreshing to be greeted with such genuine hospitality. The room itself was clean and neat, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the cleaning and maintenance. the location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and a bustling bazaar nearby. This allowed me to experience the local culture and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, which was a highlight of my stay.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of aspects that I didn't find ideal. the room tended to get quite cold, especially during the chilly winter nights.

The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Misha. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the metro. The free breakfast was delicious. Being able to keep our drinks in the fridge was a bonus.
