The AC in the rooms does not cool well, causing discomfort for guests trying to sleep.

The staff at Pullman made our stay truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive service throughout our stay, we felt well taken care of. Our room was spotlessly clean and had a breathtaking view. The breakfast at the 36th floor restaurant was delicious with a wide variety of options. The gym was well-equipped and the swimming pool was clean and inviting. Despite a few minor drawbacks, our overall experience at Pullman was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Tbilisi.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities like an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a spa centre that left me feeling rejuvenated. the service was impeccable, with staff being extremely friendly throughout our stay. the restaurant served delicious food and the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere.

Although everything was great, the only minor issue I experienced was the lack of clarity around the breakfast pack for early check, outs. It would have been nice to have been informed during check, in how to obtain this information, but it was not a major inconvenience.
