During our stay, we have enjoyed the beautiful location of the hotel. Although it was a bit hard to find, it was worth the breathtaking view of the river. The hotel was also just a short walk away from the downtown area. We loved sitting on the terrace by the water and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The staff was very helpful in making our stay more pleasant and the breakfast was top-notch.

One minor downside was the parking situation which required purchasing a parking ticket in the public area.

we had an amazing stay in kutaisi and sanapiro made it even better! the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast with a river view was tasty, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. we loved the cozy atmosphere and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

Elevator was missing.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city center, right on the river that crosses Kutaisi. The location is truly unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from restaurants, bars, and the lively market. The rooms are comfortable and offer a great view, especially those with the balcony. The staff provides true Georgian hospitality and the breakfast with a nice river view is a delightful way to start the day.

No improvements needed, everything was just perfect.

Great location with rooms overlooking the river and a big terrace. Owners and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Rooms are beautiful, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast is excellent with a nice view. Definitely recommend this place for the value and atmosphere.

Felt cozy, no complaints at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Sanapiro. The rooms were spotless and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our early departure. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The complimentary breakfast was great, also they provided hot chocolate which was perfect for the cold weather. the location was right in the middle of the city which made it easy to go out shopping. the bed was very comfortable.

I didn't enjoy spending Christmas here as the heating wasn't working properly causing the room to be very cold, we had to wear all our clothes to keep warm. the shower was faulty, we had to request maintenance to fix it twice, as we couldn't enjoy warm water.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views from the balcony and terrace. The location was perfect, situated next to the main river and just a few blocks away from the old town. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

That the hotel did not accept credit cards for payment, which was inconvenient. Another issue was the lack of parking space, forcing guests to find parking outside or deal with other residents' cars.
