We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Sapphire in Bakuriani. The rooms were brand new and beautifully decorated, with comfortable furniture and a quiet ambiance. The ski room was convenient for storing our equipment, and the kids' room with baby-sitting service was a big plus. The breakfast and lunch options were perfect, with a delicious buffet spread. The staff, especially Irakliy and Maria, were friendly and respectful, offering exceptional hospitality and care. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious venue. the room was spacious with exclusive amenities, making our stay even better. the service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the restaurant had special diet menus, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the leisure/TV room and the bar/lounge area, where we had a great time sipping cocktails. this venue was at a convenient location with easy access to many attractions.

the Sauna was exceptional, making up for the slight inconvenience.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff was always ready to help and the room was really comfortable. the location was great, with amazing views of the mountains and easy access to parking. the breakfast and spa were real advantages I enjoyed.

There were few downsides for me. the TV channels were all in a language I didn't understand, which was not ideal.
