We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. It is located in the heart of the city, right in the center of the bustling old town. The view from the breakfast place was absolutely stunning, and we couldn't resist sitting for a little longer just to enjoy it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and assisting us with everything we needed. The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore all the major heritage sites within walking distance. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job of keeping our room clean, tidy, and well arranged. The breakfast offered a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of delicious food options. The reception staff spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to help us with a problem we had with our passports. it was a great choice for our stay and we would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

During my recent Xmas stay, I couldn't ask for more! the hot chocolate and cookies offered at check-in were a nice touch, as was the complimentary Christmas dinner with traditional Georgian dishes. the location couldn't be any better, with all major landmarks within walking distance and a metro station nearby. the rooftop breakfast with a stunning view of the city made mornings more enjoyable.

The street noise was a bit too loud, making sleeping a challenge. the room was a bit small for my taste and lacked proper ventilation, which made the air a bit stuffy and uncomfortable.
