The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was just a short walk away from the train station and metro. This made it very convenient for me to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay.

There were a few minor downsides to my stay. there was only one pillow per bed, whereas I prefer to have two.

I recently stayed at Silent Hill for 4 nights while traveling by train. The hotel is situated in a quiet and secure yard with multiple houses. The location is very convenient, especially for train travelers. The coffee served downstairs is real and delicious, and it's included in the price. Each of the 7 rooms is unique and has its own bathroom. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The reception staff is fast, kind, and understanding.

During my recent stay in Tbilisi, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel near the train station. The location was ideal, just two blocks away from the train station and conveniently close to the Station Square metro. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the city and visit the popular attractions. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a quiet location off the main street, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even provided a Google map link to help me find the hotel easily.

Although I had a pleasant stay overall, there were a couple of minor issues. the hotel only provided one pillow per bed, and I personally prefer having two pillows.

The coffee served in the morning was delicious and a great perk to start the day. Plus, the location was very convenient as it was close to the train station and made it easy to explore the city on foot. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the rooms which them made comfortable to stay in.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable, especially during Christmas. the walls were so thin that I could hear every movement and conversation from neighboring rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and yet is free from street noise. The staff is accommodating and provided excellent customer service, including offering coffee upon arrival. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel offers free water, tea, and coffee in the lobby. The location is also great for accessing public transportation, including a bus route to and from the airport.
