We decided to stay at a hotel close to the beach for our bike riding trip. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Black Sea and the Batumi skyline. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable space for us to relax after a long day of biking. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day. Additionally, the hotel had modern sports equipment and a swimming pool, allowing us to stay active during our stay.

The hotel only had two elevators and during our stay, only one of them was working.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location provided a stunning panoramic view of the Black Sea and Batumi skyline. The modern indoor sports equipment and spacious swimming pool were great amenities. Getting around was easy with buses and taxis readily available. The reception staff were fluent in English and extremely helpful.

Had a great Christmas holiday at a centrally located hotel with a stunning view of the sea. Loved the complementary Christmas dinner and champagne on arrival. The staff was attentive and helpful. Great gym facilities.

The room was noisy due to a nearby nightclub, and the soundproofing was not great. Housekeeping was slow to respond to requests, and the room amenities were basic.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when we requested an early check-in. They allowed us to check in several hours before the normal check-in time, without any additional charge. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the beautiful scenery. The hotel's prompt response to our emails and their efforts to ensure customer satisfaction made our holiday much more enjoyable. We highly recommend considering this hotel for your stay in Batumi!

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities. The service is competent and unobtrusive, making our stay very comfortable. The indoor swimming pool and well-equipped recreation and sports area were fantastic additions. The location advantages of being near the beach make it easy to access.

The only minor issue was that the lobby area had a slight cigarette smell, which could be improved. this hotel is a fantastic choice for those looking for a luxurious stay with great service and amenities in a fantastic location.
