I recently stayed at a new apartment with an amazing view at The Spot Apartments - Orbi Beach Tower in Batumi and it was truly wonderful. The view facing the Black Sea was absolutely breathtaking, especially during the sunsets. The location was perfect, just a short one-minute walk to the beach and a two-minute walk to the Carrefour Supermarket and Shopping Mall.

The room was sparkling clean, cozy, and had an amazing view of the Black Sea. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a nearby shopping mall. The staff, especially Giorgi, was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The only thing that could've made breakfast better was a more diverse menu, with a greater variety of options to choose from.

The building was conveniently located near a mall, airport, and boulevard, perfect for walks.

The apartment was a bit cold during our stay, despite having the air conditioner on the warmest setting. There were minor issues with the bathroom smell and some noise from neighboring apartments.
