The hotel is situated high on a hill with a beautiful view overlooking the city. Although it may be confusing to find, it is worth the search, and the location is perfect for backpackers wanting to explore the city. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds, along with the delicious breakfast, make this hotel a great choice.

It seems that some guests have had some issues with the staff not being friendly or communicative.

We loved staying at this place! The location on top of a hill in a very peaceful area opposite a park was amazing. The view was breathtaking and we enjoyed chilling on the spacious balcony.

There were no negative aspects to mention! We highly recommend this hotel to friends.

Had an amazing Easter stay with my family. the staff was super friendly and accommodating, which made our stay so much better. the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and high-speed internet access, which was really convenient for us. the location was great, close to the main attractions and public transportation.

While the hotel location was great, the room was a bit dark for my liking. We had to use our phone's light to navigate around the room at night.

Great views, clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good value for money breakfast and dinner at the hotel's rooftop restaurant serving delicious Georgian cuisine. Conveniently located near a grocery shop and Galleria mall. Low-cost car rental for easy Tbilisi exploration.

I absolutely loved waking up to the stunning view of the city from my room. The breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of options. The staff was very accommodating and even let us store our luggage after check-out. Although the location was not walking distance to the main street, the Funicular railway was close by. I highly recommend Terrace Boutique for a comfortable stay in Tbilisi.
