Friendly staff, great location in the heart of the city, and lovely outdoor terrace. The complementary coffee and water were a nice touch. The hotel was located within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants.

The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry luggage up to the first floor. , the breakfast options were limited and not very suitable for vegetarians.

I had a great time staying here! The location was perfect for me, away from the busy tourist area but still only a short walk from the Metro. The staff was extremely helpful, offering room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, airport shuttle. The room had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a sitting area, trouser press. Plus, the hotel had a restaurant and bar/lounge area, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat or a drink after a long day of exploring.

I would recommend this hotel to families, even though I didn't bring my own family with me.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was very close to the metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to leave our luggage after check out, which was a great convenience.

The breakfast could have been better, as it was not up to our expectations.

My stay at Tiflis Hotel was fantastic. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were great. The location of the hotel was super convenient, with the metro and downtown area just a short walk away. The country felt very safe, even when we were walking late at night. I also enjoyed the tennis court next to the hotel, and there was a big market right outside on Marjani St.
