the staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, especially Nini and Lana. the hotel itself had a wonderful fragrance in the entrance and corridors, and the rooms were impeccably clean. I asked for an upgrade and the staff handled it within seconds. the location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from all the attractions in the old town. I can't thank the team enough for their hospitality and I will definitely be staying at this fantastic hotel again.

The room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offered a good variety of food. We absolutely loved this place! It's located in the heart of everything, close to all the tourist spots, shops and eateries. The view from the rooftop restaurant is breathtaking and the service was top-notch, with staff attending to our every request with a smile. The room was meticulously cleaned and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and ironing facilities. We particularly enjoyed the garden furniture and the sitting area, a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family.

Had a wonderful stay at a centrally located hotel in Tbilisi. The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views and a delightful ambiance. Enjoyed trying the local bottles of wine in the amazing room. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. highly recommend!

Thanksgiving couldn't have been any better! Loved the free wine tasting and the delicious pastries at breakfast! the hotel's location was perfect! Just a stone's throw to everything interesting and fun, making it easy to explore the area. the stunning view from the rooftop restaurant was the best part of our trip!

Disliked that we had to search for the hotel's shuttle when we arrived at the airport, and the bathroom could have used a little more cleaning. Otherwise, the service and staff were fantastic!
