Our room was clean and comfortable, providing a great value for the price. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They spoke English fluently, which made it easy for us to get information about the historical places we wanted to visit.

We had a great New Year experience at this hotel. the staff was wonderful and very helpful, making us feel like part of a big family. the location was excellent, with most attractions and the metro station within walking distance. the room was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the tea kettle in the room and the drying rack on the balcony.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the hotel's location seemed a bit dodgy at night, although Tbilisi itself is generally safe.

This makes it easy to explore other parts of the city, and there are even buses to Armenia available. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with all the amenities you need in the bathroom. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, providing helpful tips and even accommodating special requests. it's a great value for money.

Some of the rooms have air conditioning units on the balcony, which can be a bit noisy, especially in the summer.

The location was fantastic, with a cafe and small markets right below the hotel, as well as a 24-hour restaurant just a block away. The staff, especially Manager Kati, were absolutely amazing and fluent in English. Kati went above and beyond to help us retrieve our forgotten items and even had them sent to us in Batumi for free. We highly recommend the Visit Hotel and will definitely be returning.
