This hotel in the heart of the city is a great choice for a city trip to Georgia! The location is key - just a short walk away from the main attractions and far enough from the noise of city life. The spacious apartment was modernly designed and clean, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to visit and eat.

While we had a great experience overall, we experienced a water issue during our stay which management did not offer any accommodations for. the breakfast was only served starting at 9 am, which was too late for our early morning plans.

My recent stay at The 10 was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center but tucked away from the noise. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. The breakfast served at the restaurant was delicious. The only suggestion I have for improvement is to have a 24-hour front desk in the future. Despite this minor suggestion, I highly recommend The 10 for a memorable stay in Tbilisi. I had an amazing experience and will definitely consider staying here again.

The room itself was well-appointed, with ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning for added comfort. I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, as well as the sitting area and terrace that offered stunning views. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the garden furniture added a touch of elegance. The hotel provided free toiletries and had all the necessary cookware and kitchen utensils, making it feel like a home away from home. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a modern touch to the room, while the dining restaurant and in-room breakfast options provided delicious dining experiences. I was impressed by the quality and attention to detail at this venue.
