Despite a few inconveniences, there were a couple of positive aspects to my stay at the hotel. the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the hot weather outside. It kept the room cool and comfortable throughout my stay. Secondly, the staff were helpful and ready to assist with any requests or issues that arose. They were friendly and tried their best to accommodate my needs. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a convenient location, close to main attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.

The hotel's location was great! It was close to public transportation and easy to get around. the breakfast provided offered a good variety of foods to start the day. the hotel also had great outside facilities that were enjoyable to use.

The cleanliness of the room was not great. the bedsheets were dirty and there was a weird odor in the room.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was not only cheap, but also very comfortable and cosy. The staff provided excellent service and were ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. Additionally, the location was fantastic, as it was very close to the Isani metro station, making it convenient for transportation. I loved that it was easy for me to catch the bus to Lagodekhi from here.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short 10-minute walk from Isani metro station and only 5 minutes away from Carrefour, a pharmacy, and other amenities. The room was clean and gave off a cozy and comfortable vibe, just like being at home. The staff, especially Tatiana at the reception desk, was friendly and helpful, and spoke fluent English. The hotel also had outside facilities that were nice and enjoyable.

One suggestion for improvement would be to respect guests' privacy by asking if they want their room cleaned before entering, as some guests felt uncomfortable when their room was cleaned without prior notice.
