Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a great romantic escape! the bed was so comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the hot breakfast was a highlight with a great selection of food and beautiful views of the city from the terrace. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city with easy access to key attractions and public transportation.

The room size was a bit small and we struggled to find sufficient space for our luggage. the lack of window curtains made it difficult to block out all the sunlight in the morning which disturbed our sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is in a very old and charming area, adding a unique atmosphere to our visit. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to meet our needs. The room service was prompt and efficient, and we were impressed with the car hire service available on-site. The hotel also offered convenient amenities such as dry cleaning and shops, making our stay even more convenient. Additionally, the room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. we were very satisfied with our experience.

During our stay, there was a short stoppage of water for both the shower and the sink. However, the hotel quickly resolved the issue and everything went back to normal within 30 minutes. The receptionists were absolutely amazing, always ready to help with a friendly smile. One particular receptionist went the extra mile, helping us negotiate a taxi fare in Georgian and even carrying our luggage in the cold wind. The breakfast offered a nice selection of food and the top floor location provided a beautiful view of the city. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely designed, with a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was convenient, with nearby shops, markets, boutiques, and the metro. Lastly, we took a private tour arranged by the hotel and had an incredible day exploring Tbilisi with our guide George.
