I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel located on the outskirts of town. The hotel is situated in a pleasant district of Hamburg, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in this hotel is impressive, from the interesting design of the rooms to the comfortable beds. I particularly loved the bed in my room - it was so cozy and provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, making my stay very convenient. The prices at this hotel were also very reasonable, offering great value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by the staff, who went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience for their guests. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

All was impeccable

We got great value for our money with a spacious and comfy XL room. The location was convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.

The hotel's location is ideal, close to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions. the rooms are spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and clean linens. the free drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the candy bar was a great way to end the day. We appreciated having internet access in each room.

The hotel extras were quite expensive - snacks and drinks in the room, breakfast buffet and even beers at the bar. the requirement to show a passport upon check-in was unexpected, and we did not find any information online about this being a legal requirement in Germany.

Not one thing.

The location of the hotel is a major plus, as it is close to Bahrendfeld railway station and just a short walk away from the river Elbe tunnel. This makes it convenient to explore the city center within 15 minutes. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a nice shower and plenty of space for families. The service provided by the staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, there are nice outdoor facilities such as a terrace and a cool unique style that adds to the overall experience.

One downside is the lack of communication regarding the availability of the restaurant and bar area. It would have been helpful to know in advance that it would be closed during a conference, as it would have affected our dining plans.
