It is also within walking distance to the Christmas Market at Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial, which is a must-visit. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with wooden floors that add a hygienic touch. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The beds in the hotel are quite uncomfortable, resembling wooden boards and causing discomfort during sleep.

The location was perfect, as it was in a lovely area of the west end, close to public transport and airport bus stops. The service was outstanding, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, laundry, shuttle service. The room was spacious, with great amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the spa and wellness center and the 24-hour reception, which made my stay very convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Its location down the street near Kurfürstendamm Avenue was perfect for us as it allowed us to explore the city easily. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the metro station and bus stop made it convenient to get around the city.

That the air conditioning in the hotel was not very effective, especially during hot weather.

Hotel was really stunning with very welcoming staff. Loved the variety of facilities, such as the gym and conference rooms. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh cheese and fruits. the barkeepers were so hospitable and attentive, they made the atmosphere enjoyable! the location was perfect, situated next to shopping centres and only a 15-20 minute walk away. It also had clean and comfortable rooms.

No coffee or tea facilities in the rooms which was inconvenient. there was no allocated parking space at the hotel, making it difficult especially when it comes to parking the car.

The hotel also had air conditioning, which was crucial during the hot days. a wonderful experience.
