We loved our stay at this place! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, right next to the pedestrian old town with its stunning medieval buildings and charming shops, restaurants, and bars. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of fizzy water in our room, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options and a machine for hot beverages.

Had a great time celebrating new year with my family. The location of the hotel was perfect for us to explore the town and participate in the New Year's Eve festival. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious foods and the coffee machine was a great touch. We also enjoyed having a fridge in our room to store snacks and drinks.

The room had some small signs of wear and tear, but it didn't affect our overall experience. The staff could have been a bit friendlier, but we understood that communication was a bit challenging due to our limited knowledge of the German language.

We had a great time exploring the city from this hotel's convenient location. The bus stops nearby made it easy to reach any part of town, and the shopping area was just a short walk away. Despite being close to a noisy street, our room was well soundproofed, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable.

The minor signs of wear in some areas of the hotel were slightly disappointing.

Great location, close to bus stops and shopping area. Helpful and caring manager and staff. Extended my stay and felt at home. Friendly locals and helpful with buying tickets. Stunning town with medieval buildings. Clean and well-maintained.
