The lobby and bar had a wow factor and the check-in process was quick and professional. the room was well designed, with separate sleeping and bathroom areas, and had convenient controls for heating, lights, and TV. the housekeeping was excellent and discreet. the sauna and pool were a nice addition. the location was great, with the Brandenburg Gate right outside, a train station and taxi rank nearby, and restaurants within walking distance.

The food and drinks in the bar were expensive and breakfast, although included, didn't offer much variety for those who don't prefer smoked salmon, caviar, and champagne. There was also a lack of assistance at the entry door for finding taxis or carrying shopping bags.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable - just steps away from the iconic Brandenburg Gate. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary bottle of wine and fruit platter waiting for us in our room upon arrival. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. we enjoyed our stay at Kempinski.

During my Christmas stay, there were a couple of things that I really enjoyed. the breakfast was absolutely amazing. They had a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruit, cold meats, hot food, and delicious pastries. It was definitely one of the best breakfasts I've had. Another thing I liked was the location of the hotel. It was in a great spot, close to key attractions and landmarks. This made it very convenient to explore the city. Lastly, the customer service was excellent. the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like during my stay. the pool area was under reconstruction, which was a disappointment.

We had a fantastic stay at the Adlon in historical Berlin. The room we stayed in was incredibly quiet, allowing us to get a peaceful night's sleep. The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see and do within easy reach. The staff were not only friendly, but also very helpful throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the little extras they provided, such as a chocolate Bunny and cake delivered to our room on Easter morning, and staff handing out Chocolate Eggs in the foyer. These thoughtful gestures made our experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Berlin, near the iconic Brandenburg Gate. The hotel also offers a stunning view of the original elephant fountain, adding to the overall charm of the location. the hotel provides live music entertainment and shows World Cup matches on huge screens, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

The bathroom could have been better, as some guests mentioned a damp smell in the shower and cleanliness issues.

The spacious rooms with separate toilet and three wardrobe areas were a great plus. The hotel's location in the center of the city allowed for easy exploration of historic areas. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious and healthy options. The option to rent bikes right outside the hotel was perfect for us as bike riders, allowing us to cover a lot of ground and see the main attractions in Berlin.
