Located just a minute walk from the promenade and the beach, the hotel offers a great location for a relaxing holiday by the seaside. The spacious 2-bedroom suite was elegant and modern, with a balcony to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with a welcoming and caring attitude. The breakfast served in the main hotel building was amazing, with a wide variety of food and beverages to choose from.

Some of the receptionists were unfriendly and not attentive to the needs of non-German guests.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a wide range of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The breakfast offered was great and had a variety of options available. The beds were comfortable, and the balcony with the sea view was breathtaking. One huge advantage was the pool which my children loved and we spent most of our time there.

the staff were hit and miss with their service, with some being rude and unhelpful at times. the lack of air conditioning was a real issue, especially as we were situated on the top floor, making nights uncomfortable.

Excellent 5-star service. Family-friendly with a pool for children. Friendly and helpful staff. Stunning ocean view from the room.

This hotel provided a luxurious and exclusive experience. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, complete with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. Beach access was convenient, and massages were available for relaxation. The room had many exclusive amenities, including a private balcony and beautiful decor. The restaurant served delicious food and had a lovely atmosphere; breakfast was particularly enjoyable.

The only minor issue was that the service was not always consistent, especially at the bar. However, this was a small concern considering the many positives of this hotel, including its great location.

Perfect location, spacious, clean junior suite, good breakfast buffet , exceptionally friendly staff. Small pool area, but not overcrowded. Free airport transfers included.
