We were pleasantly surprised by the personal touch at this small hotel. The decor was lavish with marionettes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite some variation in room sizes, we had a spacious one with its own door opening onto the street. The location was convenient for travelling, with the main station just a few blocks away. Breakfast offered a taste of South Eastern European cuisine. The hotel was also well-placed for nightlife, with nightclubs and studenty bars nearby. Despite some seedy areas towards the station, we had no problems during our stay. we would recommend this fine small hotel for its personal touch, convenient location, and friendly staff.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the city centre, railway station, and the Christmas Markets. The rooms are clean, and there are little touches like sweets and World Cup leaflets. The staff goes above and beyond, even moving cars to ensure convenient parking. The breakfast is delicious and offers plenty of options. The hotel has a unique atmosphere, with beautiful hand-painted decorations throughout, creating a wonderful setting for dining.

The bathroom can be a bit cramped, but it is equipped with useful accessories.

Had a great city trip in the hotel that we stayed in. It was located in a really convenient spot, making it easy to get around and explore the city. the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and offered great advice on places to go and things to see. We also appreciated the complimentary treats that were offered to us. the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our needs.

The decor was outdated and didn't create the best atmosphere. the lighting in the room was also quite poor, making it difficult to read or do anything that required good visibility.

The hotel is located in a very nice area with an excellent Italian restaurant opposite. It is also near to the center of this city. The cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of options provided for breakfast were exceptional. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating in everything we asked them.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me. The room was clean and had nice extras like a kettle and complimentary mineral water.
