We were pleasantly surprised by the personal touch at this small hotel. The decor was lavish with marionettes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite some variation in room sizes, we had a spacious one with its own door opening onto the street. The location was convenient for travelling, with the main station just a few blocks away. Breakfast offered a taste of South Eastern European cuisine. The hotel was also well-placed for nightlife, with nightclubs and studenty bars nearby. Despite some seedy areas towards the station, we had no problems during our stay. we would recommend this fine small hotel for its personal touch, convenient location, and friendly staff.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hannover that exceeded all my expectations. the location was brilliant, just a short walk from the train station, making it really convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with a cozy bed and a fine balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. Additionally, the attention to detail was impressive, with a kitchenette that had all the necessary dishes and a delicious breakfast spread with carefully selected quality items. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the city centre, railway station, and the Christmas Markets. The rooms are clean, and there are little touches like sweets and World Cup leaflets. The staff goes above and beyond, even moving cars to ensure convenient parking. The breakfast is delicious and offers plenty of options. The hotel has a unique atmosphere, with beautiful hand-painted decorations throughout, creating a wonderful setting for dining.

The bathroom can be a bit cramped, but it is equipped with useful accessories.

Had a great city trip in the hotel that we stayed in. It was located in a really convenient spot, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and offered great advice on places to go and things to see. We also appreciated the complimentary treats that were offered to us. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our needs.

We did have a couple of issues during our stay, however. The decor was outdated and didn't create the best atmosphere.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of options provided for breakfast were exceptional. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating in everything we asked them.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was very close to the central station. The breakfast spread was absolutely superb with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me. The room was clean and had nice extras like a kettle and complimentary mineral water.
