Nestled down a quiet cobble-stoned street, this beautiful hotel is the perfect escape for any traveler. Despite its location being very close to everything, it's far enough off the path to feel very private. The rooms are cozy and homely, the breakfast provided is extensive and delicious. The staff is very kind and welcoming, making it an exceptional experience.

The parking can be tricky and may require some effort to get your luggage to the hotel.

What a charming historic building with a cozy atmosphere! We loved our spacious room and appreciated the complimentary drinking water. The location was perfect for exploring the town. Despite some noise from the street and thin walls, we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the friendly staff. Overall I highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful historic building close to the center. the hotel interior was lovely and our room had a historic atmosphere. the homemade breakfast was delicious and we were served by a very nice girl. We also enjoyed a tasty dinner at the restaurant, which had a cozy fireplace. the location was convenient, just a short walk from the town center and parking area. we had a wonderful experience at Altfraenkische Weinstube and would definitely book a room here again.

As backpackers, we loved the old world charm and medieval decor of the hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a separate living space and a fridge to chill our champagne. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was a good size. The staff were helpful and the breakfast selection was tasty. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the Christmas markets nearby. The hotel also provided secure parking, which was a bonus.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel was a great find! We loved the location in a small street near the center of town, which made it easy to walk to the main old town square. Had a great Thanksgiving stay at this charming medieval hotel. the breakfast was impressive, with plenty of diverse food options, and the coffee and tea were served promptly. the staff serving the breakfast were lovely and attentive. the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the major attractions. Also loved the rustic decoration in the room, and the bed was comfortable and large enough. Finally, it was nice to have a small fridge in the room to store our leftovers.

The lighting in the hotel was dim, and the decor could use some updating. the communication with the owner was lacking as he did not answer our calls, and we had trouble finding the keys to our room.

The meals at the hotel restaurant were top-notch, particularly the dinner. It was great to see both German guests and locals gathering in the evenings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. it was a delightful experience that I would highly recommend.
