The prices for room service can be quite high compared to other establishments.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious, perfect even for a family of four. The location couldn't have been better, with all the main attractions within walking distance, and being right next to the train station was a major convenience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant, and the valet parking service was a pleasant surprise that added to the overall positive experience. Will definitely choose this hotel again if visiting the area.

The breakfast option could be improved by ensuring that the buffet is fully stocked until closing time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this central and friendly hotel! The situation of the hotel is excellent. The room was very comfortable, also nicely prepared to welcome a child. The staff were very nice and helpful. In the evening, they passed by to ask whether we needed anything else. The breakfast was outstanding, one of the best I've had at a hotel. I'll highly recommend this hotel.

The top floor junior suite had large and comfortable beds with a pillow menu. The mini bar had a wide variety of choices including fresh fruit. The Penhaligon soaps and creams in the bathroom were wonderful, along with the large fluffy towels. The hotel's location at the start of the major shopping street was excellent. The cafe downstairs served lovely coffee and cakes. The wine bar offered a great selection of local specialties and a wide range of wines to choose from.

Our stay at this hotel was luxurious and exclusive. The room had all the exclusive amenities that we could require, and the service was impeccable. The restaurant and bar were comfortable and offered a good range of options to choose from. The private facilities were also unique and catered to all our needs. The location was excellent, being close to the main attractions of the city.

The only minor issue we had during our stay was with the attitude of the personnel during check-out. The guy was somewhat unresponsive when we asked for an explanation for a room with no view.
