Spent an awesome Christmas week in a cozy hotel! The buffet breakfast was excellent with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they spoke English too. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the tram and bus stop and 15-20 min to the city. The free parking was great. The hotel was close to a park and lake so the walks were great.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, too soft for my liking and the pillows were awkward. , the noise from the street cars was a bit disruptive when we had the window open.
