The large Duplex Family Room offered an impressive layout for our group, with spacious areas for both children and adults. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring an incredible variety of delicious dishes, and the homemade biscuits were a delightful treat. While the weather limited outdoor excursions, the hotel's prime location ensured that we could explore multiple nearby restaurants and bakeries. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful Christmas decorations that added a festive touch to our stay.

Spacious room, comfortable bed with a lovely view of the river, and a friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, while the location near the metro station provided easy access to nearby attractions and dining options.

where do I even begin? the air conditioning was about as effective as a paper fan, and they didn't clean my room because 'green practices. ' i was hoping for an upgrade since i paid top euro, but i guess that's for regulars. at least breakfast was decent, but not enough to save my stay. absoluteley disappointing.

Comfortable beds, excellent WiFi, the free coffee and pastries in the lobby made for a delightful start to each day, and being only 400 meters from the nearest transport hub made it easy to explore.

Nothing not to love.

The air conditioning was ineffective!!! I encountered noise disturbances from adjacent rooms, not to mention the long wait times for the elevator. The gym facilities were lacking equipment and the room temperature control was inconsistent!!!

The breakfast buffet was a standout, featuring a fresh orange juice station and outdoor seating, adding a lovely touch to my mornings. The river view from my room made my stay truly special.

Had a lovely big room with a comfy bed and stunning river views. It's conveniently near a train station and major tourist spots—you'll feel oh-so posh!

But darling, the shower turned into a mini pool—what a messy surprise! And with no proper closets, I had to make my suitcase the new wardrobe.

The hotel offered comfy rooms and a breakfast with tons of options. We enjoyed views over the Spree River and took strolls to Potsdamer Platz. Perfect location for exploring and relaxing. I'd recommend trying their vegan breakfast options too!

The only downside was that the air conditioning could have been better. it wasn't very cold during our stay. Just a little something to keep in mind!

It was just a fine choice for a holiday in Berlin with decent value for money. I loved how the staff helped us navigate the area, suggesting nearby restaurants and local attractions that truly made our trip special. Check out the Turkish neighborhood to find some awesome places to eat.

The location was fantastic, right by the river, and the breakfast had a great variety—from eggs to traditional German treats like sausages and homemade sweets! And the staff were super helpful, organizing beds for our toddlers quickly.

Though, the air conditioning could be more effective—it was a bit warm in our room. Also, cleaning could be a little more frequent.

It was just a suitable option for a brief weekend stay in Berlin, great for the money. The staff was super friendly and helped me get a tourist map right away. Make sure to check out local cafes for breakfast instead of the hotel.
