The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my Christmas stay a truly enjoyable experience. The room was clean and had a charming traditional feel to it, which added to the festive atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and stunning views of the river Saale.

The Wi-Fi coverage in the room was a bit spotty, making it difficult to stay connected at times. the breakfast had limited choices, although I personally didn't mind as I usually only needed a coffee in the morning.
