Great location, just a short walk to the old town and attractions like the Chocolate Museum. The room was small but had all the necessary amenities. The reception area was spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and plenty of dining options nearby.

The Aparthotel Adagio Koln City provided all the amenities we needed for our family with 2 small kids. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to prepare meals and have a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to a supermarket, the city center, and public transportation. The hotel staff were friendly and available 24/7, providing excellent customer service. it was a great choice for our family.

We felt quite safe during our stay at the hotel and the staff were always ready to assist us with anything we needed.

The apartment had a great location, with friendly staff downstairs. It was conveniently close to the city center, with the cathedral and main shopping street just a 20-minute walk away. There was also a ReWe shop around the corner for any necessary supplies.

There was some confusion about parking, and we were not informed that we would need to pay for parking and get the ticket validated upon checkout, causing a delay and inconvenience during our departure.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central railway station, making it easy to explore the city. There are plenty of shops and a shopping center nearby, perfect for those who love to shop. The room is spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchenette for added convenience. The staff provide excellent service and are always helpful. Breakfast is included and there is a variety of fresh produce and pastries available.

The parking situation can be inconvenient, as there are limited parking lots at the hotel and guests may be asked to park at nearby private lots.

The hotel location was great; close to restaurants and stores and easy to get to from the center of the city. the staff was accommodating and friendly, and we were offered complimentary snacks and drinks upon arrival. It was nice that the hotel was equipped with a gym to work off all the holiday food we had consumed.

Our stay was less than desirable due to discomfort in the rooms. the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and the pullout sofa was no exception.

The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a fridge, and a safe.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Adagio in Cologne. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the Dom and city center attractions, but still away from the crowds. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist in multiple languages. the hotel offered the safety and security of a hotel, but with the added convenience of a small kitchen where I could prepare some of my meals. the rooms were well-equipped and the entire property was clean and comfortable. there were plenty of amenities and an open balcony with a great view. Adagio provided great value for money and I highly recommend it to both business travelers and families on vacation.

The location of Adagio was perfect for exploring the city of Cologne, as it was close to the central station and all the major attractions. One particular highlight was the smart use of space in the family room, which was spacious and well-designed. The breakfast experience was unique and enjoyable, with a fridge stocked full of fresh produce and daily delivery of bread and pastries to the door. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially when we needed assistance with train schedules.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the need for restocking supplies in the kitchen and the absence of paper towels, overall, I had a fantastic experience at Adagio. The staff were nice and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel provided us with the flexibility we needed.
