The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. Modern amenities like a tablet and water heater were provided. The bathroom had a great warm shower. The location was convenient, right across from an underground station. Shops and restaurants were nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is situated in a quieter part of town, but still within a two-minute walk of the U-Bahn stop, making getting around very easy. The rooms are comfortable, with efficient curtains to hide the early morning light, and the bed was cozy and perfect for couples. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, satisfying even the most discerning guests.

Temperature control in the rooms could be improved.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the modern and clean decor. The rooms were tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a tablet with helpful information about Hamburg. The bathroom was immaculate, with a warm and invigorating shower. One evening, we decided to grab a quick bite to eat at the hotel restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and friendly service. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located just across the street from a metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, like a small breakfast space and some noise from other rooms, we didn't let it detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel.
