The location here is fantastic! It's really easy to get into the heart of the city and it's so close to the Christmas markets. I loved being able to walk to the Dom and the main shopping area. Plus, the views are absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing. From the lady with curly hair at reception who was so hospitable and helpful, to the friendly gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast, everyone was so friendly and made us feel welcome. They went above and beyond to fulfill our request for a room with a view and even provided a bath as we asked for. The service here is top-notch.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right by the riverfront and within walking distance of all the main attractions. I was able to explore the old town, the shopping high street, the train station, the cathedral, museums. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed to make the most of my stay. Special shout-out to Jenny and Kathrina who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

The only downside I can think of is that the stairs to the lobby were a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. However, this minor inconvenience is definitely worth it for the overall amazing experience at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The location right by the river and close to everything was perfect, and we enjoyed having a terrace to sit outside. The staff were very hospitable and no request was too much, especially the check-out staff on reception who were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room amenities were excellent, including the coffee and tea facilities and flat-screen TV. The buffet breakfast was great, and the restaurant served high-end sushi at reasonable prices.
