Attending the festival, I stayed seven nights at Arvena Kongress. The included lunches and generous breakfasts kept me fueled, and the rooms had ironing facilities. The hotel's location was perfect, with a short walk to the Festspielhaus and open countryside for walks along the Roter Main. The staff were excellent, providing refreshments before the festival and a free shuttle bus. The restaurant was also great, offering quality food.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Bayreuth. the buffet breakfast and lunch were plentiful and delicious, served in a spacious and open room. the staff at the front desk and during breakfast were excellent, providing great service. We also enjoyed a delightful dinner of veal with mushrooms at the hotel's dining room, at reasonable prices. the hotel's proximity to the opera house made it convenient for us to attend performances, and the transportation provided by the hotel made it even easier. the easy downhill walk back to the hotel after the shows was a bonus. If you're here for Wagner, this is definitely the best place to stay!

I really appreciated the free shuttle bus to the opera house, it made getting there so convenient. And the canapés and Prosecco while waiting for the bus were a nice touch. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a pleasant relief. I would recommend this hotel for Wagner enthusiasts like myself.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to both the opera house and the downtown area of Bayreuth. It is a short stroll from the centre of the village, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Guests can easily attend the opera in the afternoon and return to the hotel without any hassle. The rooms are clean and practical, with spotless bathrooms. The staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast buffet is extensive, offering a variety of options to satisfy guests. The hotel also has a fitness center and sauna for guests to enjoy.

The hotel lacks charm and can feel soulless at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - situated in a very quiet area, it provided us with a peaceful and relaxing environment. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the laundry and shoe shine services. We were even welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The room itself was well-equipped, with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, taking in the beautiful surroundings. Safety was not a concern, as there was an in-room safe and trouser press available. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant on-site and the possibility of having breakfast in our room. The bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind, and we even had the option of packed lunches and special diet menus. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

During our recent stay at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of our room. It was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated the small touches such as the complimentary bottle of water and pack of haribos on the pillow. The duvet provided was excellent and the shower was refreshing once we figured out how to get the water to come out of the shower head. Although we missed breakfast due to an early departure, the helpful reception staff and the availability of free apples at the reception desk were nice added bonuses.

The breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety. the location was great and it was easy to get to the main attraction. the staff were friendly and helpful, and even offered us some snacks before the main event.

The rooms were outdated and had a very boring design. the beds were uncomfortable and we couldn't sleep well.

As bike riders, we appreciated the convenient location near the city center, train and bus stations, and the Festspielhaus. The hotel also provided free transportation to the opera theater, making it easy for us to catch the performances. The breakfast/brunch buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The attentive restaurant staff made sure we had everything we needed to start our day off right. the hotel catered well to our needs as bike riders.
