the staff at this hotel were absoultely rude, even the breakfast lady gave off unfriendly vibes. I also couldn’t believe how we weren’t upgraded to a nicer room, considering I was so utterly disappointed by the noise and the lack of amenities. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Great central location, just a few minutes from the Hauptbahnhof! Super friendly staff at all hours, which made everything so easy. The cleanliness was on point, and they even had private parking available!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the bustling Old Town and key attractions. My room was peaceful and cozy, it had a small balcony and a heating system that worked wonderfully when needed. The lobby staff were always polite and welcoming, their smiles made my mornings brighter after 14 nights of staying there.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but for what I got, it was still acceptable.
