The room size was great, giving us plenty of space to relax during our Christmas stay. the breakfast provided was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day. the hotel's location was also a key advantage, as it was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit popular tourist attractions.

One major drawback was the noise level. Unfortunately, the room we were assigned was incredibly noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We loved the Augusten Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the cleanliness. The family room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a little "sitting room" that gave us some extra space to relax. The location of the hotel was perfect, just outside the busy town center and right on a street with a tram. We had easy access to public transportation, which made exploring this city and visiting museums a breeze. Plus, there were numerous restaurants within walking distance, so finding great places to eat was never a problem.

Conveniently located close to the Karlstrasse tram station and the main train station, this hotel offers comfortable rooms with great bathrooms, small fridge, and Air Conditioning. The breakfast has many options - something for everyone!
