The location of this hotel is excellent, situated on a quiet street in a nice area. It's within walking distance of the main railway station and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel is also housed in a beautiful building with lovely gardens. The breakfast provided was excellent and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for its location and comfortable accommodations.

I got great value for my money at Aussen Alster hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was perfect - just a short walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Had a great city trip! Staff were lovely and we had a wonderful stay. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was good. Key location in a nice area and close to some great restaurants. We really appreciated the garden views and peaceful atmosphere.

The furniture was a bit outdated and the elevators were a bit small and old. it was a nice stay but could have been better for the price.

This place is in a great location, situated in the beautiful St Georg area. I loved exploring the neighborhood and the convenience of being walking distance to many points of interest. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who were always willing to help. They even offered room service, car hire, and dry cleaning, making my stay even more convenient. The room itself was comfortable and clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. I also enjoyed the lovely garden terrace, perfect for enjoying a welcome drink or a morning coffee. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options, ensuring a great start to the day.

We decided to stay here for two nights as the trains were cancelled due to the double storms. The neighborhood was great, in a good area close to the city center. The room was clean and nicely done up, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was perfect, not too much, not too little. The hotel also had a performant internet connection.

The bathroom and room had nice details, and there was an alcohol gel dispenser in the hallway. The location was good, with the main Hamburg station within walking distance. The street was quiet and decent, and the room was functional, hygienic, and had good housekeeping. The staff were extra nice and kind, and the hotel had a fabulous, cozy atmosphere with a warm feeling. The garden in the back was wonderful, and there was a spa available.

the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet. the nearby Lange Reihe offered a variety of restaurants and cafes, which was a great bonus.
