Great central location, close to restaurants, shopping areas, and a big supermarket. the room was clean, modern, and had a small kitchenette with a microwave, which was very convenient for us as we were traveling with a small infant. the staff were friendly and helpful and promptly resolved an issue we had with a cigarette smell in the first room.

The hotel is located on a busy road, so it can be noisy with traffic. the room was a bit small for two people and opening the entrance door with luggage was a tight fit.

I had a fantastic stay at Sleep Inn. When I arrived, my card didn't work for payment but the hotel staff were so understanding and let me check in anyway. The rooms were beautiful, especially the kitchen which was fully equipped. The staff, especially Mr. OzzY, went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute changes. The cleaning staff even waited for me when I asked for room cleaning. The location was perfect, right in the city center. I highly recommend Sleep Inn to anyone traveling to Dusseldorf. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

It was also very convenient to get anywhere in the city, as there were tram stations nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. We also appreciated the various facilities offered, including a terrace and dining table. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
