There were some issues with noise in the rooms and hallways.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and cozy, with great amenities. We especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and spa facilities. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great location, nice apartment with kitchen, enjoyable spa for kids, Winterberg Card for free activities, new furniture and necessary kitchen equipment.

The apartments were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. the spa facilities were well-maintained and offered a variety of treatments. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to offer suggestions for local restaurants and events.

The service in the restaurant was poor and the waiters had trouble with communication. the reception staff was not very helpful and did not offer much information about the area.

Convenient location near attractions. Helpful staff, prompt with request. Clean and well-maintained rooms, spa, and pool. Enjoyable stay, would return.
