The location of the hotel was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center and surrounded by shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. I also appreciated the convenient self-checkout process using the room code, making it easy to come and go.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear our neighbor's coughing, which was a little disruptive.

Despite the bathroom issue, there were some positive aspects to my stay at this hotel. the location was great. It was only a short walk to the public parking and the famous Christmas markets, which made it convenient for exploring the city. the hotel was clean and well-kept, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Plus, the breakfast served was a nice bonus. Although there were some downsides, this place is recommended for its convenient location and cleanliness.

The bathroom was absolutely freezing during my stay in December. With temperatures dropping to 0°C outside, the lack of separate heating in the bathroom meant that it was around 15-16°C inside.

The hotel's location was great with easy access to my workplace and the historic center. It was also great to have a spacious and clean room with comfortable bedding and a warm atmosphere.

I had a very negative experience with the staff's poor customer service. They were unresponsive to my requests for a cot for my 10-month-old baby despite my prior reservation and even laughed at my request.

I had a wonderful stay at B&B in Aachen. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the historical center and close to public transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The internet connection was reliable, and I appreciated the convenience of the pincode access for the room and front door. Great location in the heart of medieval Aachen, near restaurants and museums. Make sure to arrange parking in advance. Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food. Staff is very polite and helpful, providing excellent service.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the city center and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect - just a 5-minute walk to the historical center and even closer to the Christmas Market. The room was clean and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff providing excellent service. In addition, the hotel offered good value for money. I also appreciated the easy access to nearby restaurants and the convenience of a code entry system instead of keys or cards. a great choice for a centrally located hotel with all the necessary amenities.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of a bar or café on the premises. It would have been nice to have a place to relax and enjoy a drink, especially in the evening.
