All the staff members were very welcoming and made us feel at home.

What a fantastic holiday! the staff were super friendly and always went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We loved the complementary breakfast and hot beverages in the morning, and the half board dinner option was a great value. the location was perfect – close enough to the train station and town center, but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. the ski storage and heated boot rack was a nice touch, and we also enjoyed the partner hotel’s spa area and restaurant.

The room we were assigned was quite small, which made it a bit difficult to move around with our luggage. there was no space to change.
