Spent the New Year at a hotel in the Alps. the pillows were comfy and extra pillows were provided. the location was perfect with easy access to nearby towns for dining and shopping. the stunning views of the mountains from the room were fantastic. Breakfast was very luxurious, with a variety of foods available, including delicious pastries and fruits.

The room was a bit small and lacked some of the amenities that are usually expected of a four-star hotel, such as a kettle and a working thermostat. the spa hours were too short and had additional charges for after-hours usage.

The room at Bayern Resort was beautifully decorated with little added touches that made it feel cozy and inviting. I loved the balcony that offered a breathtaking view of the village. The staff recommended going into Grainau for dinner, and we had a delicious Bavarian meal. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Superior Double room we booked was smaller than expected and didn't match the rooms shown online. There were some missing amenities like a mini bar, kettle/coffee machine, and functioning phone.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and they had a balcony with a stunning view of the village. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions like the Zugspitze and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The breakfast was delicious, and we even had a great IR spa chair in our room, which added to the overall comfort and relaxation. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
