Convenient room, AC, good breakfast, nice surroundings with park and restaurants nearby. Short distance to Ismaning station and easy access to airport and city center. Clean and spacious room with heating and air conditioning. Peaceful atmosphere. Big and delicious breakfast with a variety of food options. Affordable drinks available for purchase.

The breakfast had a good variety of food and the coffee was delicious. , the location was great being close to Christmas markets and public transportation.

Our room was not clean upon arrival and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned in some time. The heating system was not working and the staff was not helpful in resolving the issue.
