We had a wonderful family vacation in a beautiful hotel surrounded by nature. The location on top of a hill provided breathtaking views of the snowy forests and fields. The rooms were clean and well-kept, with comfortable beds and prompt housekeeping service. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with fresh and delicious options that catered to everyone's tastes. The sauna area was a relaxing oasis, and we enjoyed the option to rub down with snow afterwards. the hotel provided great facilities and a serene atmosphere for a memorable winter getaway.

Some staff members in the restaurant were inefficient and untrained, leading to mistakes in orders and slow service.

Had a wonderful weekend at a hilltop hotel with stunning views. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Despite some outdated interior, the hotel had all the necessary amenities for a relaxing break. The pool area and wellness facilities were a highlight. The meals were delicious, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for a short getaway.

What a magical romantic escape we had! The view of the surrounding hills and forests were breathtaking, and the hiking trails were perfect for an adventurous couple like us. But what we loved the most was the warm and attentive staff, who made us feel welcome and pampered throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with fresh orange juice and hot coffee, and there were so many options to choose from to start our day right. Plus, the sauna area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking.

We did experience a few downsides during our stay. The spa was closed on the Sunday, which was a bit of a disappointment since it was one of the busiest days and we had hoped to have a massage. Plus, the room we stayed in could have used some updating in terms of furniture and decor. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely lacked some comfort and personal touches that would have made it feel more cozy and romantic. we still had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this location for a romantic getaway.
