The noise from the street can be disturbing at night. the air conditioning system is not very efficient, and the rooms can get stuffy.

had a great date night at this hotel in hamburg, everything exceeded our expectations! staff was amazing with the kids and dogs in our group, they even decorated our table for the birthday celebration. rooms were modern and clean, location was perfect with easy access to the subway and supermarkets nearby. wifi worked flawlessly too.

Stayed at Best Western for 3 nights on a recent trip to Hamburg. Easy access to city with nearby Ubahn station. Clean rooms with excellent showers. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold options, albeit a little expensive. No air con, but not normally an issue. Staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early. Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.

Totally recommend this hotel.
