We had a great stay at Cityhotel Kaiser Karl. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the city center. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff, especially Kim at reception, were friendly and helpful. Despite a bit of traffic noise, we felt safe and enjoyed exploring the area. The nearby bakery was a delicious breakfast option. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Aachen.

The cathedral is also just a short walk away, and there is a bus stop nearby for further exploration. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and pleasant decor. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of high-quality options, including gluten-free choices. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The hotel does not have a dining room, but there are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from.

Spent Christmas at a delightful city hotel which had a fantastic location in the center of town. The room was spacious, clean and had a well-stocked kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast had a good variety and was a great way to start the day.

The room was a little too hot for my liking and there was no way to control the temperature. , the bathroom was a bit small, but it had everything I needed.

This hotel is a perfect stopover on the way north. It is conveniently located in the city center, just a short 10-minute walk from the Aachener cathedral. The staff here are exceptional, going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are well-appointed with spacious bathrooms, including a tub and even a small kitchenette. Plus, breakfast is included, making it great value for money.
