The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, allowing me to easily explore the center of town. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a spacious and comfortable room, as well as a modern and well-appointed bathroom. The small swimming pool on the top floor provided a great view of the town panorama and was perfect, especially for families with children. Additionally, the hotel offered a free sauna for guests. The parking option, although not free on the street, was reasonably priced. The staff at the hotel were also very helpful and attentive, particularly the lady in the bar who remembered our preferred drinks and ensured we had a table when we returned in the evening.

The lighting in the bedroom could be improved, as the current bulbs may not be bright enough for those with poor eyesight.

The highlight for me was the indoor swimming pool and spa facilities, which provided a perfect opportunity to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

In terms of drawbacks, I did notice that some of the staff struggled with English, which made communication a bit challenging at times. Additionally, the key cards had a tendency to malfunction, which was frustrating.

Staff were friendly, helpful and patient with our limited German. Pool and sauna were enjoyable. Good car parking and excellent breakfast.

The hotel was undergoing some refurbishment during our stay, which led to some noise and interruptions. our room was quite small and lacked some amenities we had expected.

The breakfast spread was excellent with fresh rolls and English marmalade. The staff provided commendable service and the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the town. The room was spacious and the shower was of great quality. The on-site parking made it easy to access the hotel and the swimming pool had fantastic views. The staff spoke good English and the rooms were clean and well-equipped. a great option for longer-term business travelers.
