The staff at Beyond By Geisel were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The hotel had a luxurious and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for our travel needs. We particularly enjoyed the library, wine room, comfortable beds, and amazing showers. The little touches, like allowing us to stay late until our flight, made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even organizing a surprise birthday cake for my husband. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and a stunning view of the Glockenspiel. The service was friendly, informal, and attentive to our every need. The amenities, including the wine selection and bedding, were top-notch. I can confidently say that this was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the center of everything and just next to an underground station. It is in the heart of this city, where most of the attractions are within walking distance. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was top-notch. The breakfast selection was amazing, with everything freshly prepared and available at any time. The staff provided exceptional service, making me feel instantly at home.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the city center, Residenz market, and right next to Marienplatz Christmas market. The staff at the hotel is exceptional as they are attentive, friendly, and hospitable. The room and bathroom are well appointed with high-quality amenities. The delicious breakfast is one of the highlights of staying at the hotel, and the food and cocktails offered by the chef are superb. In addition, the hotel offers a magnificent view of the Neues Rathaus and Glockenspeil.

The rooms may be slightly smaller in size, but the bathroom makes up for it with its fantastic design and bath products.

We encountered some minor issues during our stay. Some of the staff members gave an annoyed impression, which was a bit disconcerting.

The hotel had an amazing view of the town hall with the Christmas tree and market below. It was so beautiful to wake up to every day. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay very enjoyable. The included food and drink was also a great perk, allowing us to relax and not worry about finding meals during our Christmas stay.

The design/layout of the bathroom was a bit frustrating. There was no door on the shower, so water would splash all over the floor and make it difficult to get dressed without stepping in it.
