Everything was spot on.

Spent Easter at a hotel with a great breakfast selection and friendly staff. the rooms were modern and comfortable, and parking was free and easily accessible. the hotel's location was perfect—quiet with lovely surroundings. I especially liked the fact that the rooms were spacious and noise-free, even with the nearby railway station.

The internet speed was quite slow, making it difficult to browse. although the staff was generally friendly and helpful, there were some inconsistencies in their service—like when we were told we did not need a dinner reservation, only to be told otherwise when we arrived at the restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Burgdorfs Hotel & Restaurant provided us with a nice German-style breakfast and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Despite being near a railway station, there was hardly any noise when the windows were closed. We also appreciated the free parking available. Any small issues, such as lights and the telephone, were quickly repaired thanks to the excellent service provided.

Clean and quiet location with lovely grounds. Very helpful and friendly staff. Exceptionally good breakfast with wide choice. Modern rooms with comfortable beds. Free onsite parking always a plus.
