I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect, right by the outdoor market and within minutes' walk to the Old Town and U-Bahn station. Being surrounded by coffee places and a big market square added to the charm of this city. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast! There were plenty of options to choose from, and the quality was outstanding.

I recently stayed at Carls Hotel for three nights while exploring the city. The hotel's location was perfect for walking to the Altstadt and Rhine promenade. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking in the neighboring park house was convenient, especially with the provided entry card. The hotel has recently been refurbished, making it feel welcoming and comfortable. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Great location , the hotel is conveniently located near the Karlsplatz market and within walking distance of the Old Town and U, Bahn station. Good breakfast , the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including bread, cold cuts, warm food. Friendly staff , the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. Comfortable room , the room was clean and comfortable.

Poor wifi , the wifi signal in the room was good, but the speed was extremely slow, making it difficult to use. Sunlight in room , the curtains in the room did not effectively block out sunlight, making it difficult to sleep, especially during the summer.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The location of the place is perfect, situated in the heart of the city center, and right on the edge of the Old Town. The stunning building itself is under the slope of the roof and has spacious, comfortable, and soundproofed rooms that give us privacy and the quality of sleep that we needed. The service room we had was excellent with its fantastic 24-hour room service, the lovely bell staff, and commercial shops nearby. Our room was impeccable with amenities, including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV that can be used for am/fm alarm clocks. They also offered us dining in-room breakfast, bar/lounge area, buffet breakfast, and special diet menus. In addition to that, the staff at the reception desk were very helpful and accommodating.

We would recommend this hotel to our family.

I gotta say, I got some serious value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was top-notch too, with restaurants, supermarkets, and subway stations just a stone's throw away. Plus, the staff at the reception were incredibly nice and helpful. a thumbs up for Das Carls!

And let's not forget the delicious breakfast spread, offering a wide variety of options including freshly pressed orange juice. Highly recommended!

The location of Das Carls Hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of popular attractions such as the Rhine and the shopping precinct. The hotel also had a nice touch with chocolate Santas outside the door and provided bottles of water upon departure. The buffet breakfast was fresh and of good quality. I will definitely stay there again when I visit.

The location of Das Carls Hotel was absolutely perfect! It was right in the town centre, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and tourist attractions nearby. the hotel had a nice atmosphere and the breakfast was amazing. I especially loved the fresh orange juice pressing. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I was even given a complimentary bottle of water at check-out. the hotel also provided free drinks and snacks in the room, which was a nice touch. it was a great experience.

I recently stayed in a hotel during Christmas that was located within walking distance to the Rhein and the Aldstadt. the hotel offered two complementary facts that I enjoyed, such as a nice breakfast and friendly staff. the key location facts were the several breweries and restaurants nearby the hotel, making it easy to find a place to eat. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the newer amenities that the hotel had.

The hotel was a little bit noisy first thing in the morning due to deliveries. I didn't like the fact that the bathroom was a little tired, and the shower was fiddly.
