Our room was well-appointed and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. We had a minor issue with the toilet handle breaking, but the staff was helpful in resolving it. we would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location couldn't have been more convenient. We were within walking distance of a large shopping mall and had easy access to public transportation. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even helping us locate a doctor when we needed one. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay including a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also had a sauna and sun terrace, which were great for relaxation. the service and facilities were excellent, making our stay here truly enjoyable.

The only recommendation we have is for the reception staff to be more "smart". However, this is a minor issue compared to the wonderful experience we had at this hotel.

As a couple, we loved the comfortable and stylish apartment, along with the friendly and helpful staff. The free coffee all day in the hotel lounge was a great bonus, and having access to a laundry room was very convenient. The location opposite Skyline Plaza and walking distance to the Metro was ideal for exploring the city.

This hotel has a very convenient location near a big shopping mall and the train station. It's also very close to the exhibition center, which is great for business travelers. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning, and there's a free coffee service.

The check-out time is earlier than some other hotels, making it a bit inconvenient if you want to stay in your room a little longer before leaving.

We stayed at Citadines and loved our experience. The location was perfect, close to the Skyline mall with plenty of food options. The studio we booked was ideal, with a spacious 27sqm and two separate twin beds that were incredibly comfortable. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette where we made dinner one night, as well as an iron and hairdryer. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags until our departure. a great stay with a convenient location and excellent service.

I had a great stay here! The location is super convenient with all transport in walking distance, and being in a modern business district made it feel luxurious. The staff at the reception desk were amazing and provided excellent service. I loved my room amenities which included an ironing board, tea and coffee facilities and a sitting area. The soundproofed rooms were perfect for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the fitness studio, sauna and sun terrace facilities here.

I highly recommend this venue to everyone.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Parking was convenient, and the location was perfect. It was less than a five-minute walk to the Hall 3 exhibitor's entrance and just across the street from the Skymall Plaza. The REWE supermarket in the plaza was a very convenient and economical source for food and supplies. Additionally, the subway was nearby, making it easy to visit the fair. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

I got great value for my money at Citadines City Centre Frankfurt. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the park. The location was perfect, close to the conference center and with easy access to the airport. The staff was friendly and hospitable, arranging a taxi for me when I needed it.

Breakfast items could be more diverse and appetizing.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in front of a skyline mall and close to many restaurants. It's also conveniently located just down the cab from the starting point of the Frankfurt marathon, making it an ideal choice for runners. The lounge area offers a beautiful view on demand, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious, satisfying all taste buds.

The air conditioning in the rooms could use some improvement.
