Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with hot and cold options. Helpful and friendly reception staff who speak English. Covered parking garage within a short walking distance.

The room was spacious and cozy, with all the necessary amenities like a hair dryer, kettle, and fridge. We loved having two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, that offered a great view of the street from the second level. The location was perfect, with the bus/train station and marts just a 5-minute walk away, making it convenient to explore the city and visit tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The variety of cafes and restaurants right below the hotel was a great bonus, and we especially enjoyed the delicious fried duck from the Asian cuisine restaurant.

This hotel is in the center of town, making it an ideal location for exploring the pedestrian zone and surrounding areas. The staff are superb, and check-in was smooth. Our room with a balcony was comfortable, with good facilities. Breakfast offered a good spread of delicious items.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't particularly like. there was no elevator in the hotel, which meant that we had to lug our heavy luggage up three flights of stairs.
