Everything! Prime location, outstanding sushi bar, inviting spa ambiance!

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the

room was impressively clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the bar lounge where Fillipo made our evenings memorable with his fantastic drink recommendations. However, the window in my room was quite grimy, which was a bit disappointing.

checking in was a breeze, but the room? A disaster. dirty windows and an exposed socket—what an astonshing oversight! the swimming pool was freezing, yet no one checked on my comfort. Overall, my stay was quite unspectacular. woudl have given a stellar review if only i hadn’t been given a shabby room first, just inexcusable.

Location is ideal, with a spacious room that made our stay comfortable. One perk, a powerful hair dryer—a real time-saver during my trip. The breakfast was decent! Don't forget to check out the spa, though it could use some staff presence. Minor hiccups, but a great base for exploring!

The breakfast included a variety of options, catering to diverse tastes, and we enjoyed hot dogs as part of the selection. However, the lack of staff presence at the spa was noticeable, as we encountered issues with the lockers, and the atmosphere could have been more welcoming. Overall, the room's cleanliness and comfort were commendable, creating a nice retreat after our city explorations.
